For those children not attending CFC currently, please fill out the application below. Those children who are currently attending afterschool care at CFC do not need to apply.

Once your child has been offered a space, enrollment forms can be picked up in the CFC office. Forms must be completed and turned in by Nov. 19, this includes Drs. forms.

Registration Fee: $150

​

Daily Fee: $99

​

No minimum amount of days required.

​

Breakfast and Snack included.

Lunch is provided on 11/26 only. 

Child must bring a sack lunch on the other days attending.
